Resumen
Peec AI now starts at US$97 a month (€85) for 50 prompts and three models. We compared six alternatives, all prices converted to dollars and verified on 26 September 2026. CreceRank comes first because of one number from our own data: one in five brands is invisible in at least one AI engine where it does appear in another, and measuring in the language your buyers actually use is what closes that gap. Otterly is the cheapest, AthenaHQ tracks the most engines, and Profound no longer has an entry plan at all.

Why people look for a Peec AI alternative

Peec AI homepage and dashboard, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

Peec AI is a good product. It tracks daily, the interface is clean and it was one of the first tools built for European marketing teams.

Three things send people looking elsewhere, and none of them is «it does not work».

The entry price moved up. Starter is now US$97 a month (€85). Six months ago the same tier was around €70.

You pick three models. Every paid plan below Enterprise tracks three engines out of the list. Three, full stop.

It is a tracker, not a fixer. It tells you where you stand. What to change to get mentioned is your problem.

The number that should decide this for you

CreceRank’s own data. For each brand we measured the share of answers mentioning it, engine by engine, and took the difference between its best and worst engine. Average gap: 31.6 points. Only brands with at least 20 answers per engine and three or more engines are included. Period: 1 July to 26 September 2026.

We measured 35 brands across at least three AI engines between July and September 2026, using the same prompts on each engine.

The average gap between a brand’s best engine and its worst was 31.6 points.

Seven of those 35 brands scored zero in at least one engine while appearing in another. One in five, completely invisible somewhere, and visible elsewhere.

That is the real cost of a three-model cap, and of measuring in the wrong language. Not that you see less: that you can be in that 20% and never find out.

Prices read from each vendor’s own pricing page on 26 September 2026. Otterly (€29), Peec (€85) and Rankscale (€99) publish in euros and are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026, 1 EUR = 1.1403 USD, so they will move with the exchange rate. AthenaHQ also has a free tier. Profound is not shown because it no longer publishes an entry plan. Plans are not equivalent: see the table for prompts and engines included.

1. CreceRank: the alternative we would pick, and why

This is our own tool, so weigh this section accordingly. We will also tell you plainly who it is not for, at the end of this section.

US$49 a month for one brand, 10 prompts and three models. US$89 gets two brands, 20 prompts and five models. 14 days free, no card.

It measures in the language your customers actually use

Most tools on this list were built and tuned for English prompts. Entity matching in Spanish is weaker: brand names get missed, accents break the match, and the local competitor set is wrong.

If your buyers ask «¿cuál es la mejor agencia de marketing digital en España?», measuring the English version of that question tells you about a market that is not yours.

CreceRank dashboard showing 31% overall AI visibility, the four-engine status panel and per-prompt results

That is a real dashboard: overall visibility, the per-engine breakdown, and every prompt with its score. The interface is in Spanish because the measurement is.

It tells you who is taking your place

CreceRank competitor view comparing a brand against its rivals across AI engines

Ten competitors tracked on every plan, including the entry one. When you are not mentioned, the useful question is who was, and that view answers it.

It shows the actual answer, not just a score

CreceRank per-prompt detail with the real answer from each AI model and the brand highlighted

Every prompt opens into the real text each model returned, with your brand highlighted and the sources it cited listed underneath.

That sources list is the part that turns a report into work: it is literally the set of pages you need to appear on.

What else you get that trackers do not have

  • GEO action items. Not «your visibility is 31%», but what to change on which page, ordered by expected impact.
  • We write the content for you from the Professional plan up, which none of the other six do at any price.
  • Per-country measurement. The same brand scores differently in Spain, Mexico and Argentina, and you can see each one.
  • Source analysis showing which domains each engine cites for your category, so you know where to get mentioned.
  • Google Analytics integration to tie AI visibility to the traffic it produces.
  • Support over WhatsApp on every plan, including the US$49 one. Small thing, but it is the difference between a ticket and an answer.

Not for you if

You need 50 or more prompts on the entry plan. Peec gives you 50 for US$97 and we give you 10 for US$49, so on raw prompt volume they win.

Your market is English-only. Our advantage is Spanish and per-country measurement; if neither applies to you, Peec or Otterly fit better and we would rather say so now.

You want a self-service enterprise contract with SSO and SAML today. That is Profound’s territory, not ours.

2. Otterly.ai: the one to pick on budget

Otterly.ai homepage, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

US$33 a month (€29), 15 prompts, four engines included: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot.

Claude, Google AI Mode and Gemini are paid add-ons, which is the catch. If Gemini matters in your market, the real price is higher than the sticker.

ChatGPT Ads tracking is included on every plan, even the cheapest. Very few tools at this price do that.

Not for you if you need more than 15 prompts. The jump to Standard is US$216 (€189), more than Peec’s entry plan.

We have since taken Otterly apart on its own: which four engines the price covers, what Gemini, AI Mode and Claude cost on top, and what our data says those paid engines change. It is in our Otterly AI alternatives comparison.

3. Rankscale: the engine-coverage answer

Rankscale homepage, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

US$113 a month (€99) for 1,200 credits, and credits buy answers across engines. Unlimited search terms, 10 brand dashboards, 50 page audits.

The credit model is the point: you decide whether to spend them on many engines with few prompts, or the reverse. That is exactly what a fixed three-model cap will not let you do.

Not for you if you want predictable billing. Credits mean watching your usage every month.

We have since taken Rankscale apart on its own: how its credit rates work, what 1,200 credits actually cover and the six alternatives, in our comparison of Rankscale alternatives.

4. AthenaHQ: the widest coverage, and a real free tier

AthenaHQ homepage, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

Free plan with 300 credits and five engines, no card. Starter is US$295 a month with 3,600 credits and 11 models, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.

If the 20% gap above worries you, this is the tool that closes it fastest. Nobody else here tracks 11 engines.

Not for you if US$295 is out of range. The step from free to Starter is the steepest on this list, with nothing in between.

We took that step apart in a piece of its own: AthenaHQ alternatives, six tools compared.

5. Scrunch AI: for the crawling side of the problem

Scrunch AI homepage, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

US$250 a month on Core. Scrunch is the only one here that treats AI agents as visitors: agent traffic analytics, agent-optimised pages, site optimisation for how models read your content.

It answers a different question. Peec tells you whether you are mentioned; Scrunch tells you whether the crawler could read you at all.

Not for you if you only want prompt tracking. You would be paying for the half you do not use.

We took Core apart, limit by limit, in our Scrunch AI alternatives comparison.

6. Profound: and the change you should know about

Profound homepage, screenshot taken on 26 September 2026

Profound used to publish an entry plan around US$99 a month. It no longer does.

As of 26 September 2026 its pricing page shows two options: a 7-day free trial with 50 prompts on three engines, and Enterprise with custom pricing.

That is a deliberate move upmarket. If you were considering Profound as a mid-range option, that option is gone.

Not for you if you are a small team. There is no longer a plan sized for you.

Profound's pricing changed shape again: there is no paid plan for one brand, and the published US$99 and US$399 figures are for agencies. We took it apart in our Profound alternatives comparison.

What changed since our last check

  • Peec AI: US$80 to US$97 a month on the entry plan (€70 to €85). This is the change that sends most people to this page.
  • Profound dropped its US$99 tier and is now trial-or-Enterprise.
  • Otterly.ai held at US$33 (€29), and now includes ChatGPT Ads tracking on every plan.
  • Rankscale held at US$113 (€99) with the same 1,200 credits.
  • CreceRank moved to US$49 from its previous entry price, with five models from US$89.

If the choice you are actually making is between these two, we put them side by side with prices read on 12 October 2026 and our own data on whether to spend a budget on prompts or on engines: Peec AI vs Otterly AI.

How to choose, in four questions

  1. What language do your customers ask in? If it is Spanish, test the tool in Spanish before paying. This is the one that changes the answer most often.
  2. Which engines do your buyers use? A three-model cap only hurts if the fourth engine is where your market is.
  3. How many prompts do you really need? Ten well-chosen prompts beat fifty generic ones.
  4. Do you need tracking, or fixing? Peec, Otterly and Rankscale report. CreceRank, Scrunch and AthenaHQ go further into what to do about it.

Methodology

  • Prices. Read from each vendor’s own pricing page on 26 September 2026, not from third-party roundups. Euro prices converted at the ECB reference rate of 25 September 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1403 USD). Where a vendor publishes no figure, the table says so.
  • Screenshots. Taken by us on 26 September 2026 at 1440 pixels wide. Cookie banners were hidden for the capture, not accepted.
  • Our own measurement. n = 35 brands with at least 20 answers per engine on three or more engines, same prompt set per brand, between 1 July and 26 September 2026. Engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Copilot and Claude.
  • Selection. Tools were included if they track brand visibility across more than one AI engine and publish enough detail to be compared.

Disclosure. CreceRank is our own product and we placed it first in this comparison.

The reason is stated in its section, the pricing is the same you will find on our pricing page, and we list three specific cases where a competitor is the better buy. Judge the argument, not the ranking.

Limitations

  • We rank our own tool first. Treat that as the interested opinion it is, and use the «not for you if» paragraphs, which are there precisely so you can rule us out.
  • The plans are not equivalent. US$33 with 15 prompts on four engines and US$295 with 3,600 credits on eleven are different products. Read the table, not just the chart.
  • Credit models are hard to compare. Rankscale and AthenaHQ sell credits; the rest sell prompts. One credit is one AI answer, so the real cost depends on how many engines you run.
  • Our 35-brand sample is ours. These are brands measured with CreceRank, mostly in Spanish-speaking markets. The 31.6-point gap is real but it is not a global average.
  • Converted prices move with the exchange rate. The euro figures are the ones the vendor charges; the dollar ones are ours.

FAQs

Peec AI’s Starter plan is US$97 a month (€85), for 50 prompts, three models of your choice and daily tracking, as published on its pricing page on 26 September 2026.

Pro is US$234 (€205) for 150 prompts and Advanced US$485 (€425) for 350 prompts.

For brands whose customers ask in Spanish, we would pick CreceRank at US$49 a month, and yes, it is ours. It measures per country, tracks ten competitors on every plan and gives you the action items, not just the score.

If your market is English-only, Otterly.ai at US$33 is the better value and AthenaHQ covers the most engines.

Otterly.ai at US$33 a month (€29) with 15 prompts and four engines. CreceRank is next at US$49 with 14 days free and no card.

Both are well below Peec’s US$97 entry, but with fewer prompts, so compare per prompt and not per month.

AthenaHQ, with 11 models on Starter including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral. Its free tier already covers five.

This matters more than it sounds: in our data, one in five brands scored zero in at least one engine while appearing in another.

No. As of 26 September 2026 Profound publishes only a 7-day free trial and Enterprise pricing on request.

If you were comparing it as a mid-range option, that tier no longer exists.

Test in Spanish before paying, whichever you pick. Several of these tools were built for English prompts and their entity matching is weaker in Spanish.

That gap is why we built CreceRank, so treat this as an interested answer and use the 14-day free trial to check it yourself. Our country-by-country data on AI usage shows how much engine mix varies by market.
