Welcome to CreceRank. By registering and using our application, you accept the following terms. Please read them carefully as they form a legal contract between you and Ranker Studio.

The Service

CreceRank is a SaaS tool for GEO ranking monitoring (Generative Engine Optimization). We strive to provide accurate data on how brands and sites appear in AI search engines, but you understand that these results may vary due to the dynamic nature of third-party algorithms.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Any activity conducted under your account at app.crecerank.com is your responsibility.
• If you detect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

Payments and Cancellations

• Access to CreceRank is based on subscription plans.
• Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable unless the law states otherwise.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings panel, and you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and algorithms of CreceRank are the property of Ranker Studio. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Ranker Studio provides CreceRank «as is». We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages arising from the use of the tool or changes in the algorithms of the monitored search engines.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to these terms will be governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, submitting to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Montevideo.
